John J. Reilly Jr., 35 of East Taunton died Monday, August 22, 2011 at the New England Medical Center after a long illness. The son of John J. Sr. and Karen Dixon Reilly of Taunton, he was born in Brockton on September 17, 1975. He was a cook at the Holy Cross Father Seminary in Easton. John was an avid Red Sox and Patriot's fan. John was the loving father of John of Carver, brother of Dineen Galvez of Berkley, grandson of John Reilly of Bearfoot Bay, FL., and uncle of six nieces and nephews. He was the former husband of Heather MacDonald Reilly of Carver. A graveside service will be held at the Pine Hill Cemetery, North Main Street, West Bridgewater on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 11am. Visiting hours are omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to an educational fund for his son to the Rockland Federal Credit Union, 241 Union St., Rockland, MA 02370.
