Joseph John Maguire III

Joseph John Maguire III, 54 of Pembroke, formerly of Watertown died peacefully at home on May 27 after a long illness. Born in Brighton, he was the son of Joseph J. and Agnes Bloomer Maguire Jr. Joseph is survived by his devoted wife Laurie A. Ailes Maguire and his loving children; Joseph J. Maguire IV, Jaimie Maguire and Haley Maguire. He is also survived by his sisters; Chris Mallard of FL and Fran Maguire of Watertown, many nieces and nephews and was predeceased by his sister Gerry Fournier. He was special grandfather to Riley & Karissa. Joseph worked in security at the Pembroke Hospital where he considered the hospital employees like family. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St., Rte 53 in Hanover on Wednesday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. Service in the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00AM. Interment at a later date. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Rockland V.F.W., 22 Church St., Rockland.
