
Mr. Joseph F. Sullivan, 58, of Hanson died Saturday, December 18, 2004 at the Brockton Hospital after an illness of several weeks. The son of the late John and Marguerite Comer Sullivan, he was born in Boston on November 30, 1946. He was raised and educated in Jamaica Plain and was a graduate of Boston English High School. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired the past year as a plumber for Local # 12 in Boston. Mr. Sullivan was a longtime member of Local # 12, where he served on their Executive Board and as a Member of their Finance Committee. He enjoyed scalloping, boating, water skiing and golf. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. Daiute Sullivan, 2 sons, Brian P. Sullivan and Kevin M. Sullivan, both of Scituate, 2 brothers, John F. Sullivan of Quincy and James M. Sullivan of Rockland and 4 sisters, Marguerite A. Sullivan of West Roxbury, Christine S. Clark of Falmouth, Patricia S. Losordo of Hanover and Kathleen T. Benduzek of Rockland. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at 9 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan Street, Rte 14 in Hanson. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery in East Falmouth. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan Street at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in HANSON on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Association, 720 Harrison Ave, Boston MA 02118.
