Kathleen E. McLaughlin Sayce

Mrs. Kathleen E. McLaughlin Sayce, 58, of North Carver died Sunday, December 18, 2005 in the Senior Residential Care Center at Silver Lake in Kingston after a courageous battle with Cancer. The daughter of Lillian C. Wheldon McLaughlin of Carver and the late Joseph F. McLaughlin, she was born in Quincy on April 14, 1947. She was raised and educated in Braintree and Hanson and was a graduate of Whitman-Hanson High School. She was also a graduate of Massasoit Community College in Brockton. Mrs. Sayce was employed by the Foxboro Company later known as Invensys until her retirement 3 years ago. She enjoyed traveling, reading, bingo and her cat, ''Hobo''. She is survived by her devoted husband, Dennis L. Sayce, 2 sons, Dennis L. Sayce Jr. of Durham ME and Kevin W. Sayce of Plympton, 2 daughters, Mary Donati of Carver and Karen Almquest of Onset, her mother, Lillian C. Wheldon McLaughlin of Carver, 4 brothers, Joseph McLaughlin of FL, Stephen McLaughlin of Brockton, Daniel McLaughlin of Carver and Robert McLaughlin of Middleboro, 1 sister, Susan Collins of Hanson, 5 grandchildren and a lifelong friend, Ann Perkins of Oceanside CA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 22, 2005 at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan Street, Rte 14 in Hanson. Interment will be private, visiting hours omitted.
