Kathleen E Sullivan

Kathleen E. (McLaughlin) Sullivan, 93 of Pembroke formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on December 13, 2015. Born on November 16, 1922 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Kerins) McLaughlin. Raised and educated in Dorchester, she attended Boston schools and later employed at US Trust. Kathleen enjoyed sewing, ceramics, baking, and loved spending time with her family.

Kathleen was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Sullivan. Devoted mother of Kathleen Bunstein and her husband Robert of Wareham, Jeanne Sullivan and her late husband Bill Mourey of Gloucester, MaryLou Sullivan and David Babel of Marshfield, Patricia Chambers and her husband Donald of Braintree, and Roberta McCourt and her husband Gerald of Pembroke. Dear sister of Mary Mellon of Norwood, Patricia Costello of Attleboro, and the late Gerald, James, Harold, John "Red", and Peter McLaughlin. Cherished grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 19. Kathleen also leaves her dog, "Millie".

Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 2 Maquan St. Cor. Rte. 14 & 58, HANSON, on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St. Rte. 14, Hanson, on Friday at 11 AM. Burial in Knollwood Cemetery in Canton.
