Leslie F. White

Mr. Leslie F. White, 87 of Marshfield died Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at the Southwood Nursing Home in Norwell. The son of the late George and Elizabeth Curtin White, he was born in Cambridge on November 21, 1918. He was a graduate of Boston Latin High School and had lived in Jamaica Plain before moving to Marshfield in 1969. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII and had been self employed as a Real Estate and Insurance Agent. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara Foss White, 2 sons, Jeffrey H. White of Lexington and Jonathan F. White of Marshfield, 3 daughters, Leslie A. Condon of Wellesley, Deborah E. Setterland of Hanover and Melissa J. White of Middleboro, 2 nephews, Ronald White of Westwood and George White of Cambridge. ALso Survived 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 9:00 AM in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Rte 139 in Hanover. Interment in Couch Cemetery in Marshfield. Visiting hours omitted. Arrangements by the Sullivan Funeral Home in HANOVER.
