Louise S. York

Louise was the wife of the late George J. York. She was the loving mother of Kevin York and his wife Patricia of East Sandwich, Janice Reese and her husband Walter of Mattapoisett, Diane Connell of Lakeville, Patricia Moloney and her late husband Brian of Hanover, Maureen Perry and her husband Robert of Plymouth and Colleen York of Hanover. Louise was the sister of the late Kathryn Dennis. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Louise was proud of her contribution to the WWII War effort, while employed by Polaroid manufacturing pilot goggles. She was also an avid reader.

Visiting hours will be private at the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St, Rte 53 in Hanover on Sunday, December 27. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM at St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St, Rte 139 in Hanover. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45.
