

Michael J. Casey, 52 of Hanover, passed away suddenly at home on October 23, 2013. Born on May 23, 1961 in Weymouth, he was the son of Sandra M. (Parfumorse) Casey and the late James F. Casey. Raised and educated in Hanover, he attended the South Shore VoTech and later was employed as a master mechanic at Jannell Ford and the former Haddon Lincoln Mercury. Michael enjoyed cars, racing, country music, riding steam trains, spending time with family and friends and always loved spending time with his son and teaching him how to be a Ford Mechanic. Michael was the devoted husband to Nancy R. (Goeppner) Casey. Cherished father of Hunter and Allie of Hanover and his furry kids Zoey, Lucy, and Dakota. Dear brother of Kevin Casey and his fiancé Lisa of Hanover. Michael also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins and will be sorely missed by all his Ford friends and family. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 551 Washington St. Rte 53 in HANOVER on Sunday from 2-6PM. A funeral service will be celebrated at Lutheran Church of the Cross, 77 Rockland St. Rte 139 in Hanover, Monday at 10AM. Interment in Hanover Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Hunter James Casey College Fund.
