Patrick James Sweeney, 51, of Hanson for 47 years, passed away on September 3, 2016. Patrick was born in Arlington on April 3, 1965, he was the beloved son of the late Donald K. and Patricia A. Sweeney, loving brother of Kelli A. Sweeney of Hanson and Shaun K. Sweeney of Whitman. Dear nephew of Loretta LeBlanc and her family of Waltham.He was a member of the Friends of Colony House in Abington and Club Ex Gym in E. Bridgewater. Patrick was an organ donor and through his generous donation was able to save three lives.A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St. Rte. 139, Hanover, on Saturday, September 17 at 9 AM.
