Peter F. Hayes of Weymouth, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2023. He was the son of Warren and the late Mary Janes Hayes of Hanover and is survived by his sister Julie Thompson of Hanover and his longtime companion John Damon of Marshfield. Peter had a career in advertising and sports promotions. He was a graduate of UMass Boston. He had recently been cared for at South Shore Rehabilitation in Rockland.
By his request, there will be no services and his ashes will be spread on the beach in North Truro, a cherished childhood family vacation spot.
