Peter M Walsh

Peter Michael Walsh, of Norwell, died peacefully on March 7, 2023, at the age of 78 at South Shore Hospital after a short illness. He was the son of  the late Thomas Michael and Ann Louise (Hartney) Walsh. Peter was born and raised in Somerville, MA and enjoyed summers at Humarock Beach, boating and spending time with his immediate family and cousins.

Peter graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Boston University in computer studies as well as serving in the Air Force Reserves. He enjoyed a 30 year career with the Federal Government as a Senior Program Analyst with the Department of Transportation.

Peter lived his adult life with beloved wife Ann, his recently deceased daughter Kathy and his youngest daughter Patricia in their Norwell home. He enjoyed working with and building computers, boating, motorcycles and most of all spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren, Kailey, Nicholas and Jared.

Peter is survived by devoted wife Ann (Oliver) Walsh of Norwell, loving daughter Patricia Walsh of Hanover, cherished grandchildren Kailey, Nicholas and Jared Schneider of Hanover, as well as his dear sister Barbara Arsenault and her husband Robert of Marshfield.
