Phyllis C. Bianco Robertie

Mrs. Phyllis C. Robertie, 97, of Hanson died Friday, May 30, 2003 at the Bay Path Nursing Home in Duxbury after a lengthy illness. The daughter of the late Luigi and Caroline Embro Bianco, she was born in Franklin on April 16, 1906. She was raised and educated on Somerville and was a graduated of Boston University. She retired in the early 1970's as the treasurer of Boston Federal Savings Bank. Mrs. Robertie was a longtime resident of Winchester and lived in Hebron NH after her retirement. She lived with her sister in Hanson for the last 3 years. She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. Wife of the late Arthur Robertie, she is survived by 1 sister, Louise Bradley of Hanson and 4 nieces and nephews, Jean Allen of Hanson, George Allen of Wellsley, Dr. Louis Bianco and his wife Sharon of Wareham and Mickie Robertie of Florida. She was the stepmother of Jonh Robertie of Fairfax VA, Nobert Robertie of Marblehead, the late William Robertie and the late Larry Robertie. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 6, 2003 at 9 AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Rte 58 in Halifax Monponsett. Internment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington.
