Rafaela l. Conte

Rafaela L. Conte, 78 of Pembroke died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on January 24. Born in Boston, Rafaela was the daughter of the late Louis and Anna Maccario Conte. She was a hairdresser for many years in Quincy. Rafaela dearly loved her family that she leaves including her daughters Roseann Bates of GA, Linda Maggard of Weymouth, Diana Soldano of Everett, and Pamela Sorrento of Pembroke, her 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Betty Naso of East Boston and was predeceased by her brother Ralph Conte and her sister Ramona DuBois. Rafaela also is survived by her companion of more than 50 years, Stephano Lococo also of Pembroke. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in HANSON on Thursday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:15AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte 14 in Hanson. Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Pembroke.
