Richard L. Corrado

Richard L. Corrado, 70 of Weymouth formerly of Andover passed away Wednesday, April 10th at Coyne Healthcare in Rockland. The son of the late Louis and Eileen McCarthy Corrado, he was born in Boston on August 14, 1942. Richard was raised and educated in North Reading and proudly served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was the CEO of Movies & More. He enjoyed flying model airplanes, working with computers, but most of all spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Judith A. Young Corrado, his children, Kimberly Carroll and her husband Patrick of Weymouth, Paul Corrado and his wife Sheila of Leominster and Steven Corrado and his wife Danielle of Hanson. He was the brother of William of CT, Thomas of Sharon and the late Lawrence Corrado. He was the grandfather of Shawna, Jevin, Shannon, Siobhan, Logan, Hailey and Madison and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in Hanson on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St. in Hanson. Interment in Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson. Donations in Richard's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
