Roger Pence Miller, 67, of Hanover, died at home on November 2, 2010, after a rich and full life in spite of having Multiple Sclerosis for 45 years. He was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, graduated from the University of Nebraska, and worked for Arthur Andersen LLP, among other firms, before retiring. When his health allowed, he volunteered on town and church committees, and, in later years, he especially enjoyed his book group, e-mailing friends, and following the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He is survived by his wife Prudence White Miller, his sons Derric L. Miller and Edward O. Miller, his daughters Lisa R. Wilson and Anne P. Bello, his grandchildren Kevin, Shalane and Jed Wilson, his brother Charles E. Miller and a loving, extended family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at First Parish Norwell, 24 River Street, Norwell Center. Memorial donations can be made to Old Colony Hospice 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368 which provided unstinting care and support.
