Susan E. Bailey

Susan E. Bailey, 64 of Rockland passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. The daughter of the late John and Ruth (Turner) Bailey, she was born in Weymouth on December 1, 1951. Susan was a graduate of Stone Hill College and had been a Teacher at Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton for 34 years. "Ms. Bailey" was loved by the teachers and students. She had been the president of Connected Catholics Group, was an active communicant at Holy Family Church, enjoyed cooking, taking walks and adored her dogs.

She is survived by 5 brothers, Robert A. Bailey of Rockland, Peter D. Bailey and his wife Sherri of East Bridgewater, Daniel T. Bailey and his wife Mary of Rockland, Steven C. Bailey and his wife Michelle of Hanover and John J. Bailey Jr of Worcester. She was the niece of Theodore and Matilda Baldwin of Hingham, aunt of Jeffrey, Derek, Adam, Sean, Aaron, Erin and Kevin. Also survived by dogs, Baxter and Braden.

Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 45 East Water St, in ROCKLAND on Friday from 3-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 2nd at 9 AM at Holy Family Church, 403 Union St in Rockland. Burial will follow at Holy Family Cemetery.
