
Mr. Thomas D. Kuhn, 63, of Hanover died Saturday, November 20, 2004 at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston after an illness of several months. The son of the late Lawrence and Violet Eckles Kuhn, he was born in Central City NE on July 6, 1941. He was raised and educated in Clarks NE and was a graduate of the Nebraska Weslyan University in Lincoln NE. Mr. Kuhn served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was discharged as a Lieutenant. He lived in Omaha NE then St. Louis MO before moving to Hanover 19 years ago. Mr. Kuhn retired 3 years ago as the Director of Payroll for John Hancock Insurance in Boston. He was an avid Golfer. He is survived by his wife, Mary M. Dinges Kuhn, 2 daughters, Christine M. Kuhn of Hanover and Cheryl L. Kuhn-Thompson of Pembroke, 1 brother, William Kuhn of Clarks NE and 1 grandson, Joshua T. Kuhn. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at 9 AM in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Rte 139 in Hanover. Interment will be in the Mass National Cemetery in Bourne. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53 in HANOVER on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
