
Mrs. Vanda Anderson Angie Conte Baker, 83, of Halifax, formerly of Kingston and Rockland died, Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. The daughter of thelate Harold and Vanda Sundell Anderson, she was born in Roxbury on June 14, 1921. She was raised and educated in Rockland and had lived in Kingston before moving to Halifax 8 years ago. Mrs. Baker had worked as a LPN at the former Goddard Hospital and later in house keeping at Cardinal Cushing Trainning Center in Hanover. She was a member of the Christian Womans Club and enjoyed gardening, traveling and most of all, her family. She is survived by 5 daughters, Juanita Benson of Halifax, Carolyn McMorrow of Wareham, Arlene Cannizzo of Whitman, Sandra Vanderheyden of Foxboro and Vanda Emond of Taunton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Funeral Service on Saturday, October 9, 2004 at 11 AM in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan Street, at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in HANSON. Visiting hours omitted. Internment private.
