Vincent J. Provenzano, 89 of Pembroke, formerly of South Boston died on February 16. Born and raised in Boston, he was the son of the late Vincent and Maria Punzino Provenzano. Vincent served his country during WWII as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from the City of Boston as a truck driver. Vincent was predeceased by his wife, Virginia Zechello Provenzano and was a devoted father to his children Vincent Provenzano Jr. and his wife Jeannie, Nicholas Provenzano and his wife Gayle, Michael Provenzano, all of S. Boston; Marie Donnelly and her husband David of Pembroke and Patricia Walsh of Abington. Grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Services are private.
