Kenneth Eugene Macauley

Born on June 28, 1944, in Medford, Massachusetts, Kenneth was the son of the late Arthur A. Macauley and the late Janet E. Macauley. He was raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School in 1963. He proudly served in the United States Army before beginning a long and dedicated career with IBEW Local 2222.

Father to Laura and her husband Brian, and Jacquelyn and her significant other Ken. Grandfather to Sarah, Erin, Mackenzie, Brielle, and Chase.

He is also survived by his brother, Robert Macauley and his wife Ann, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Arthur J. Macauley.

His strong work ethic, readiness to help a neighbor or friend in need, deep patriotism, and passion for Boston sports are what Kenneth will be remembered for.

Funeral services will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kenneth’s name to the Hanson Public Library Foundation, per his daughters’ request.
