Carol adored her several cats over the years. She had retired from being a county assessor of St. Joe Township.
She is survived by her nieces, Lisa Haiflich, Lori (Mark) Berg and Monica (Konrad) Wasserman; nephews, Tony (Cindy), Troy (Claudine) and Michael Evans.
She was preceded in death by John "Jack" Pufpaff.
A visitation will be held from 10 am to 11 am on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46835.
A graveside service will be held at 12 pm on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Lindenwood Cemetery, Ft. Wayne, IN.
