When Jerry & I graduated from college and joined the family firm, Sauder Feeds, Inc., Richard was the mill production manager at that time. Richard came in early, worked hard, and always was conscientious about making a quality product. He often would have a twinkle in his eye as he teased me about something. We appreciated Richard's 44 years of service to Sauder Feeds. Our sincere condolence to the family on the loss of Dad and Grandpa. - Sauder Feeds, Inc.
