Alejandra G. Garza

San Antonio, TX- Alejandra G. Garza, 94, of San Antonio, Texas entered into eternal rest at her home surrounded by her loving family on October 9, 2015. Alejandra was born on June 27, 1921, in Mexico to Alejos Garcia and Francisca Jimenez.

Mrs. Garza leaves behind four children Guadalupe (Daniel) Perez, Herminia Valenciano, David R. (Olga) Garza, and Rolando Garza (Cervando Peña). Her survivors also include 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband Amador Garza, two sisters and three brothers.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Jose Castro, Tomas Castro, Ricardo Castro, Danny Perez, Jerry Castro, and Ricardo X. Garza. Honorary pallbearer David R. Castro.

Visitation will be held today, Wednesday, October 14, 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m., and will continue until 9 p.m., with an evening recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Harlingen, with a burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens in La Feria.
