Ernesto G. Mendoza

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margarita Mendoza Fuentes; his brothers, Raul and Seferino Mendoza; and his parents, Antonio Mendoza and Celia Galvan.

He is survived by his children, Adalia Mendoza, Diana Palomares, Maria Mendoza, Sergio Mendoza, Guadalupe Mendoza, Juanita Mendoza and Angelica Mendoza; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Son-in-Law, Omar Palomares Sr., daughter-in-law, Maria Dolores Mendoza, brother and family.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, as well as making fishing nets and arts and crafts.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2017, beginning at 1 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m., with the recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Funeraria del Angel. Mass of resurrection will be held on Monday, April 10, at 10 a.m., at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Harlingen, Texas. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, La Feria, Texas.
