She is preceded in death by her husband, Margarito C.

She is survived by her children: Blanca Castro Annie Castro , Norma Castro, Zuly Castro, Ogie Castro and Elena Castro. Son, Raul (Alma) Castro. Grandchildren, Leslie, Angie, Arturo, Joey, Lizzy, Jorge, Karina, Pablito, Sarita, Nissi. Great-Gandchildren; Adria Mary Jane, Alexis Marie, Alicia.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 beginning at 1 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m., with recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel. A Mass will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015, at 11:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Harlingen, Texas. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park, San Benito, Texas.
