Rachel Campbell Stadtfeld

Born on June 28, 1956 in Iredell County, she was the daughter of Luther Campbell, Sr., who survives and the late Ila Mae Johnson Campbell.

Rachel graduated North Iredell High School and attended Mitchell Community College and worked as a CNA. Her hobbies included her love for reading and her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved the Lord and was strong in her faith till the end. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, Luther, she is survived by her husband of 39 years, Steve L. Stadtfeld; daughters, Rebecca (David) Wright and Ila Stadtfeld; grandchildren, Matthew, Jazmyn, Samara, Mason, Annbelle and Aeryal; sisters, Carolyn (David) Ellis Edith (Jimmy) Moose and brother, Luther Campbell, Jr.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 1, 2016 at Harmony Baptist Church from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Wooten officiating.
