OBITUARY
Rebecca Jean Tharpe Lipscombe
July 21, 1972 – April 23, 2015
Rebecca Tharpe Lipscombe of Harmony went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Iredell Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her father J.C. Tharpe.
She is by her husband J.W. Lipscombe; her mother Jean Tharpe Hill; a brother, Doug Tharpe (Carolyn); a sister, Kathy Shoemaker (Jr); her nephews, Hunter and Jason; a niece Taylor; a great-nephew Eli; and several aunts and uncles. Becky had a love of animal since early childhood especially her dog Scoot.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Grace Bible Church, 503 Butler Mill Road, Harmony, with Ken Sechler and Dennis Dobbins officiating.
Reavis Funeral Home of Harmony is assisting the family.
