

Born November 23, 1939 in Wilkes County, he was the son of Charlie Roy Williams and Paralee Price Williams.
Mr. Williams worked in the furniture industry for many years. He loved to fish and be with his family.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Ella Mae Keener, and an infant son, Ronald Dean Williams.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Debbie Scott and husband Mike of Harmony, Bryan Williams and wife Betty Sue of Union Grove, Teresa Hayes and husband Jeff, Tammy Redmond and husband James of Statesville; the mother of his children, Sue Moore Williams of Harmony; ten grandchildren, Bradley Williams. Kandice Corza, Michael Hayes, Abby Hayes, Kenneth Sneed, Daniel Sneed, Andy Sneed, Sarah Scott, Luke Scott and Jason Blackwelder; four great-grandchildren, Kandice Corza, Maverick Hayes, Hudson Hayes, and Ian Williams. He is further survived by his brothers, Toy Williams, Gene Williams, J.C. Williams and Jim Williams, and sisters, Martha Hendrick and Marnell Howell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Ernest M. Troutman Memorial Chapel at Reavis Funeral Home of Harmony. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with the Rev. J.R. Speece officiating. Burial will be held at Boomer Advent Christian Church 2390 Boomer Road Boomer, NC 28606.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Gordon Hospice House 2341 Simonton Road Statesville, NC 28625.
