

Mr. Teddy Mack Jordan, 52, of 746 Indian Hill Rd. Olin, died Wednesday at the Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, Va., while in Richmond working for G.L. Wilson Building Company, for whom he was a job site superintendant. Born in Iredell County on December 8, 1957, he was a son of the late James Millard Jordan and Zelda Ireland Jordan. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing, golf and gardening. He was a devoted father and grandfather and loved all of his friends.
On July 3, 1982, he married the former Deborah Lackey who survives. Also surviving are a son, Wesley Jordan of Olin, two daughters, Haley J. Sigmon and her husband, Ryan of Claremont and Mechelle J. Williams and her husband Barry of Union Grove, along with grandchildren: Jaycie and Brayden Williams and soon to be born Baby Sigmon. Additional survivors include two brothers: Bill Jordan and his wife Trish of Statesville and Jimmy Jordan and his wife, Wanda of Hamptonville along with a niece, Kimberly Gregory and a nephew, James Jordan. He was preceded in death by his special nephew, Willie Jordan. Also surviving are his Father and Mother-In-Law, Mr. & Mrs. Ed Lackey of Statesville.
Services celebrating Teddy's life will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the Ernest M. Troutman Memorial Chapel of Reavis Funeral Home Of Harmony with Rev. Gary Marshall officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
