Adone J. “Otto” Lencioni, 89, of Harrisburg, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 at his home. He was born September 7, 1925, in Pittsburgh, PA.; he was the son of the late Gino and Ines (Chiodi) Lencioni; preceded in death by his wife, Edna M. (Fitting) Lencioni; and his brother, Albert Lencioni
He was a retired employee from the Commonwealth of PA, as a typewriter repairman, and a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, where he served with the 347th Engineer General Service Regiment, and the 258th Engineer Combat Battalion.
He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, and the Hershey Italian Lodge and a life member of the American Legion Post 1001 and VFW Post 148.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia A. (Lencioni) Fetterman, husband, Edward, of Harrisburg; 2 sons, John S. Lencioni, of Mechanicsburg and Anthony G. Lencioni, wife, Cathy, of Harrisburg; a grandson, Edward A. Fetterman, of Mechanicsburg and 2 sisters, Rose Evans and Clara Stafford, both of Harrisburg.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 AM Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10:30 AM Tuesday until the time of the service at the church.
