Carol Bernard, 75, passed away on Sunday January 4, 2026. Carol was the wife of the late George Bernard, married 52 years. She was born in Harrisburg PA, on March 19, 1950, the daughter of the late George and Doris (Kuhn) Bickel. Carol enjoyed animals and watching TV. She is survived by her daughters; Melissa Samson (Mike), Kimberly Tilghman (Don), grandchildren; Chase & Tyler Samson, Jewel Crutchfield, and siblings; Dennis Bickel and Kathy Shatto.

A visitation will be held at Neill Funeral Home, Inc., located at 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA, 171111817, on January 13, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will follow at the same location on January 13, 2026, beginning at 12:00 pm and concluding at 12:45 pm.
