Born July 4, 1957 in Harrisburg; he was preceded in death by his father, Harold C. Fry Jr.; mother, Esther (Kopenhaver) Miller; and step-father, Walter Miller.
Surviving are three sons, Jonathan A. Kopenhaver (Josefina), Zachary A, Kopenhaver and Donald E. Kopenhaver; two daughters, Lauren R. Kopenhaver and Amanda Reed; step-daughter, Terry Conrad; six grandchildren, Lilliana Kopenhaver, Alexander and Renee Kopenhaver, Logan and Zoey Bartakovits, Kyra DeBarr and grandson on the way, Zachariah Kopenhaver.
Daniel was a warehouseman for Chewy and former employee for Pepsi and served in the U.S. Army and the PA Army National Guard.
Service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday May 23, 2024 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
