

Born in NYC in 1928, he was the son of William and Florence England, from Liverpool, UK. Over the years he resided in Bergenfield, NJ; Manchester, NH; Lake Zurich, Ill; Wallingford, CN and finally Harrisburg, PA.
He is the owner of Sisco’s Pizza & Grill, Harrisburg; The Seascape Motel, in Seaside Park, NJ and former co-founder of Lloyd Jason, Inc., in N.J.
Dave graduated from Machine & Metal Trades HS in NYC, received a bachelors degree in Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, in NY and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University, in NJ. He retired from AMP/Tyco after 20 years and served in the U.S. Navy aboard the Destroyer DH Fox (DD-779) during the Korean War. He was the editor of his ship’s newsletter for the previous four years. He was a Past Master from Gavel Lodge, in NYC, previous member of the Blue Jackets as a youth and current member of the American Legion Post 1001. David held a commercial pilot license, was active in tennis, chess and fantasy football (winning seven Super Bowls over twelve years in his league) and he was an ardent Pro Football fan.
His favorite saying was “To thy ownself be true”.
Surviving to mourn his departure and to remember how very special he was to his family and numerous friends include his wife, Dolores Stoltz England; three daughters; Susan Rolando, and husband Emil, of Stroudsburg, PA; Janis Torres, and husband Rick, of Englewood, NJ; Tracy England and Brian, of Harrisburg; three sons; Kenneth and Becki, of Harrisburg, Gerald, of Harrisburg, and Robert, of Harrisburg. He was very proud of his six children. He also had twelve grandchildren; Tina Libby; Amy Rolando & Peter Rolando; Jason England; Daniel & Emily Valentino, Kenneth II, Andrew, Kristi, England, David England , Sarah Lowery; and Madison Wagner; Seven great-grandchildren; Peter, Jr. and Randy Rolando; Vinnie Gonzales; Cooper and Griffin Libby; Trisdyn England and Maya Valentino. His mother in law Theresa Stoltz of Harrisburg, A sister in law,Barbara Columbia of Matawan, NJ, and brother and sister in law, Andrew and Janet Stoltz of Bristol, CT
A celebration of his life will be held 7:00p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg with a viewing from 4:00p.m. to the time of service with a Masonic Service at 6:45p.m. Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Monday, April 30, 2012 at 9:30a.m.
