Born in Hazelton, Pa, she was the daughter of Nicholas and Victoria Grovich of West Hazelton.
Dolores was involved in law enforcement for twenty-five years. She was employed as the Receptionist in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office and retired as the Executive Administration Assistant in the Office of Attorney General.
Dolores was a former member of Paxton Presbyterian Church, State Employees Retirement Association, Republican Women’s Club and Crime Clinic of Greater Harrisburg.
Dolores most enjoyed reading, playing cards with family and friends, spending time at numerous family gatherings and especially family vacations at the beach.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Glenn Attick; sisters, Melane Pavlick Lafferty and Marion (Micki) Molinari: and brother, Melvyn Grovich.
Dolores is survived by her son, Dr. Edward Geyer and daughter-in-law, Maureen Geyer; her grandchildren, Nathan Geyer and Chelsea Zeiders-Knouse and her husband, Shay; great-grandchildren, Delaney and MacKenzie Zeiders-Knouse.
In addition, she is survived by her siblings; Bess Blazevich, Rose Van Blargan and husband Edward, Florence Smerconish Cohen, Dorothy Hudock, Violet Brazzo and husband Dr. Gerald Brazzo, Robert Grovich and wife Sarah, Dr. Richard Grovich and wife Ann. Also, surviving brother-in-law, Tony Molinari and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, no services are planned at this time. Private interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
