Born September 2, 1938, in Shamokin, he was the son of the late William L. and Clara (Yohe) Stevens; and preceded in death by 2 sisters and 6 brothers.
Surviving are his children, Michael Gray, of Jacksonville, FL., Brian Stevens, his companion, Courtney Richardson, of Camp Hill, John Stevens, his companion, Laura Paparounis, of Mechanicsburg, Karen L. Stevens-Loper, her husband, Jeremy, of Camp Hill, Joseph Stevens, his wife, Julia, of Enola; 12 grandchildren.
He was an employee of Brookwood Farms, and a U. S. Navy veteran of Korean War.
Donald loved classical music, bowling, and volunteering at the Harrisburg Hospital. He was loving, caring, and very generous towards all. He had a wonderful gift to make others laugh through his feisty attitude and great sense of humor. He gave so much to everyone around him, something we will all dearly miss.
Funeral Service will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg, a viewing will be held from 11:00 AM to time of service. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
