

She was born January 24, 1946, in Hadley, PA, daughter of Clifford Hazen and William and Grace Lessig (Shuler). She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Inks, and her sister, Nancy Ann Hazen.
She is survived by her children, Tammy Inks Fleisher of Harrisburg, James Inks (Janice) of Highland Lakes, NJ, and Tom Inks (Jane) of Lykens; three grandchildren, Schyuler, Lydia and Dakota Inks; sisters, Terry Berchtold (Ted) of Hermitage, and Sandra Pottorf (Ray) of Conneaut Lake; a niece and three nephews.
Donna graduated from Western PA School for Blind Children, Pittsburgh, and then Columbia Union College, Takoma Park, MD, with a BS degree in Elementary Education. Donna was very dedicated to children as a school teacher, Adventist school treasurer and board member, VBS director, youth director, and a Cradle Roll Sabbath school teacher for 30 years. In her spare time, Donna helped various snack bars around the capital complex.
She was a member of the Harrisburg First Seventh-day Adventist Church and a charter member of the Lower Paxton Lioness Club.
A visitation will be at 12:00 PM, followed by Memorial Service at 1:00 PM, Sunday, January 8, 2017, at her church, located at 424 N. Progress Ave, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
Private burial was held at Hadley Cemetery, Hadley.
