I met George and Betty while I was at the dealership buying my first truck. He had been towed in for repairs. Three months later I met them again when They came to work for Daily. We worked together a lot and later when I had lost my truck and wanted to go trucking again George and Betty bought the truck I'd picked out, paid for it and let me make payments to pay them back! Not many people would have done that! I am forever grateful for both George and Betty's friendship and assistance. Since my leaving Daily there hasn't been a lot of contact except with Betty on FB. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of George, Ralph always spoke so highly of him.  This is a rough year for all of us.  I am thinking that George and Ralph must be up above speaking of the times they spent together talking about Daily and their trucking days.  May God give you strength to forge ahead-its not easy, but it can be done.     George and Betty will be missed by all that knew them.   donna dunlap

George and Betty were always a great team.  I stayed in touch with them after he left Daily.  Great guy.   I am very sorry for the loss.  They loved their family deeply. They will be missed.

So sorry to hear of George's passing.  I met George through Daily Express.  He did a great job.  I was always very happy when I knew that George and Betty were on one of my loads...I knew they'd get the job done right and without any problems.  They were quite the team.  I knew Pete and George L. too.  My sincere condolences to them and the rest of the family as well.  May God Bless each of you and give you strength and peace during this very difficult time.

I knew George many years with daily exp and remember lots of good times with him and his family . My condolences to all his family .
