Gladys was born July 22, 1937 in Chambersburg, PA to Nelson Worthington and M. Viola (Crist) Musa.
In addition to her parents and step father, Joseph Musa, she is preceded in death by her infant daughter; Deanna Jean Dunleavy, and sisters; Donna Gilberthorp and Grace Murray.
She is survived by her Sister Beverly Eichelberger (Larry).
Daughters; Laurie (Dunleavy) Moyer (Steve), Robyn Dunleavy, and Julie (Dunleavy) Richards.
Grand Children; Rick Moyer, Nicolle (Moyer) Fox, Rebecca Richards and Heather Richards.
Great Grand Children; Troy Moyer, Katie Moyer, Makenna Guistwite and Daniel Haylett Jr.
Her Furbaby Fancy, and Lots of nieces and nephews.
Services for Gladys will be private and at the convenience of the family.
