Helen R. (Guerrisi) Brown, 81, of Harrisburg was called to eternal life Wednesday December 26, 2012 in Community General Hospital. Born September 28, 1931 in Steelton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Sorrento) Guerrisi; and was preceded in death by three brothers Richard, Jerry and John and a sister (Sister M.Gertrude,DM). Surviving her is her best friend and loving husband of 61 years, Kenneth E. Brown, a son Kenneth J. Brown of Harrisburg, daughter Deborah B. and husband Dennis Edmonds of Wake Forest, NC; one sister Josephine Bricker of Hummelstown and brother Frank Guerrisi of Harrisburg. Helen retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children. Funeral services will be at 11:00am on January 2, 2013 in the Neill Funeral Home 3501 Derry Street Harrisburg . Visitation will be from 10 :00 am to time of service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to charity of donors choice.
