Pat was a dear friend to me in high school and a steady support during a difficult period in my life. His kindness, gentleness and compassion stayed in my memory all these years. We saw each other for the first time after high school at our reunion, and he was the same sweet person I remembered him to be. May his spirit comfort you.

Pat was a great guy and a good friend. I enjoyed a lively and easy banter with him right to the end. As president of our Shamokin High School class of 1961 he led the celebration activities of our 50th class anniversary raising over $15,000 for our high school alumni association. He was a good man in every respect and I will miss him. You have both been special friends and Helen and I will always share our home and hearts with you. May God Bless and keep you both.
