James R. Tolbert

He served four years in the United States Air Force, and retired from Lipton Company after 30 years of service.

He was a graduate of Harrisburg High School, Class of '58.

He is survived by his Wife, Bonita Tolbert of Highspire; 2 Daughters, Tracie and her husband Sean Washington, Granddaughters Rachel and Katelyn of Harrisburg; and Rosanne and her husband Joseph Owczarek, Grandson Joseph and Granddaughter Samantha of Duncannon; 2 Sisters, Nancy Kichman, of Enola, and Marylou Kresge, of Duncannon; and a Brother, Donald Tolbert, of Duncannon.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Harry Tolbert; his Mother Margaret Tolbert; his Son Todd Tolbert; and his Grandson Andrew Washington.

A private graveside service was held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The service was officiated by Rev. Robert Graybill of Evangelical United Methodist Church, Middletown, PA.
