She was the daughter of the late Richard and Miriam (Brooks) Snyder and the wife of the late Thomas D. Rosier whom she shared nearly 50 years of marriage with before his passing in 2011.
She is survived by her three sons: Steve of Linglestown, PA, Scott of San Diego, CA and Tom of Reading, PA. Her brother: Richard Snyder, of Georgia. Her grandchildren: Lyra Gurskis, Adam Rosier, Colin Rosier, Kristen Rosier, Nikita Rosier, Lila Rosier and Marley Rosier: Great granddaughter, Evaly Gurskis and great grandson, Beckett Grala.
In addition to her parents and husband, Janet is preceded in death by her sister: Doris M. Scheidly of Folsom, PA.
Janet was the graduate of Swarthmore High School.
A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday March 22, 2025, from 12-1pm at the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St. Harrisburg, PA 17111.
A reception will follow at the Lawnton American Legion 998, 4700 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly suggests making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
