Jean L. Myers, 83, of York, went to be with her lord on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, in the Colonial Manor Nursing Home York. She was the widow of Curvin W. Myers and the daughter of the late Hattie Wolf.
She was a member of St. David’s Episcopal Church, Dover, attended the Dover Senior Center, enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family.
Jean is survived by 4 daughters, Sharon Altland, (Robert), PA, Julie Frantz, (Bill), FL, Susan McGovern, (Paul), NC,and Kathy Debaufre, PA; 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandaughter; 1 sister, Anna Mae Stock, PA and 3 nieces. She was predeceased by a brother, James Long.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012, in her church at 2411 Oakland Road, Dover at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, York.
