Joseph N. Zalek III was born on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, to parents Joseph N. Zalek Jr. and Maria A. Flores at the Hershey Medical Center. He weighed eight ounces and was eight and half inches long. Joseph’s family was blessed for a short time, before he went to his heavenly home at 7:35 p.m.
Surviving are his maternal grandparents Carlos and Anna Flores of Harrisburg and Marisol Rodriguez of Lancaster; Paternal grandmother Shelly Zalek of Harrisburg, paternal grandfather Joseph N. Zalek Sr. of Camp Hill; Maternal great-grandmother Catalina Colon of Harrisburg and maternal great-grandfather Miguel Hernandez Sr. of Lancaster; Paternal great-grandmother Kathy Hummel of Linglestown and paternal great-grandfather Michael Peace of Bethel.
Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Catherine laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street Harrisburg.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, in the church from 10:00 am to time of mass.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery
