Judi spent most of her younger years in Carmichaels, PA where she enjoyed playing softball, roller skating and singing in the chorus. Her nickname in high school was "Cuddles" and for anyone who knew Judi, this will give you a good chuckle! Later moving to the Harrisburg/Hershey area, she retired from H.B. Reese Candy Company.
Judi had a great love for animals and spent much of her time caring for them. She enjoyed playing Bingo, shopping and going out to eat. Judi continued to have very distinctive and elegant handwriting and delighted in her spelling acumen even into her later years.
Judi was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Seipoong T. Chang, and her sister, Karin Rae Horner. Surviving is her son Randy Weaver, of Mechanicsburg, daughter-in-law Susan, and 3 grandchildren, Delaney, Kane and Quinn.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 4, at 11AM at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 4855 Londonderry Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
