Born in Windber; she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Vera (Allison) Adams, and preceded in death by her brother, Keith Adams, and his wife, Madge Adams. Her beloved dogs; Sadie and Maddie, are also waiting to greet her.
Surviving is her brother, Kevin P. Adams and his wife Renee; nieces Dena Adams, Marissa Adams, Amanda Adams, and Melissa Adams; great-nephews Jacob Vargo and Nichalas Vargo. Her dog Ellie Belle will spend the rest of her days being doted on and lavished with love.
Kathleen dedicated her career to helping others and saving lives as a registered nurse working predominantly at Holy Spirit Hospital.
Kathleen was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 PM, Saturday, July 22, 2023, in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. A visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Saturday, until the time of the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Rolling Green Cemetery with her parents.
