She was born January 21, 1982, to Jeffrey and Vickie Sherrick, of Hummelstown. Kelly was a 2000 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School and was a former employee of CPARC, where she received a special recognition award for her work with individuals with special needs. She also attended HACC after graduating from high school and was a member of the 29th Street United Methodist Church.
Kelly is survived by her children, Kyle and Aubrey, as well as her parents; her brother Brian, of Hummelstown; her maternal grandfather, Robert Shive, of Hummelstown; her Uncle Eddie, Aunt Sue, and Uncle Cary; Aunt Donna, Uncle Ken, and Aunt Trish, as well as her cousins, Chris, Derek, Sue, Greg, Kenny, and Jessica.
Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Kelly’s memory to the 29th United Methodist Church in Harrisburg.
In Kelly’s many struggles in life, may she finally be at peace. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
