Mary L. Ricker

Mary L. Ricker, 85, of Harrisburg passed away Friday January 10, 2014 at Osteopathic Hospital. She was born September 7, 1928 in Paterson, NJ to the late Joseph and Frances (Stickel) Gavron. Mary was a retired administrative assistant from the Prudent Publishing Company. She loved doing crossword puzzles and word searches.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Steven Ricker who passed in March of 2013, a daughter Michele Ricker, son Michael, and brother Anthony.

Surviving are two grandchildren Heather and husband Terry Barnes of Shippensburg, Jeff Stickle of Harrisburg, a niece Paula Wale of Pine Bush, NY and nephew Craig Meinking of Buffalo, NY.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10:00 am until time of service.
