She was born March 1, 1940 in Harrisburg; she was the daughter of the late John Elmer and Bathia (Swenson) Stouffer. Surviving are four sisters, Peggy MacFarlane, Kathy Ritter, Carol Stouffer and Edna Mercado; brother, Joseph Stouffer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mildred was a retired Customer Service Representative for Highmark.
Private burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
