Born December 28, 1945 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jane (Bracale) Piccolo; and preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Conrad; and her brother, Robert Piccolo.
Surviving is her son, Carl V. Conrad (Mara); grandson, Vincent G. Conrad; and two sisters, Josephine Chubb and Angela Allegrini.
Rosemarie retired from both the PA Department of General Services and the Revenue Department for the City of Harrisburg.
Rosemarie was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, November 10, 2022 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
